Some of the homes I have available are listed below. Homes for rent are owned and managed by me – Mark Mulich. Please email me HERE for any questions about rentals - it will be much faster than calling. I’ve been professionally managing properties for a decade now.  I’ve tried to offer you something a little different, such as my signature Neighborhood Drive-thru. It’s a simple video of me in my car, driving thru the neighborhood where the home is located, so you will know what the neighborhood is like. Sit back and listen to the car stereo and let me drive you thru.

I’ve also done a quick video walk through of each home to help save you some time. These are small productions designed for speed and small size, then quickly uploaded to youtube for viewing. Take a walk thru with me and let me show you what each home looks like. If you like any of these clean beautiful homes, then please sign up for an account as “renter”, and look at the necessary documents for renting. Homes cannot be shown until after the availability date. Please see videos for inside tours.  Homes are 12 month leases only – under no circumstances do we offer short term or month to month leases. Please download, print, read, fill out, and send back our Rental Application if you are interested in any of these homes.
