Did you by chance type in your home address into Google, and it brought you here?  Is your home listed and you're wondering why it hasn't sold yet?  More than 80% of home buyers search for homes on the Internet.  No other real estate firm in Augusta compares to the Internet presence of Mulich Realty.  You are going to need more than a well known firm or a well known agent.  You are going to need more than an entry in the MLS and a sign in your yard.  You need a dominant Internet presence, and if you found your home here - so did thousands of potential buyers.

  • Your home is priced to sell
  • High quality photos are taken of your home, put in the MLS and on Mulich Realty’s front page as a featured home. I can’t stress to you how much exposure you will get from being on my site alone. The largest percentage of buyers search and find their homes on the Internet. Those buyers will see your home on MulichRealty.com.  Your home is placed on many other popular Internet sites as well such as Realtor dot com, Google, AOL, MSN, BING and others.
  • An approximate three and a half minute video tour is taken of your home and placed on Mulich Realty's site and on YouTube.  This is much different than what every other real estate agent in Augusta prepares.  They just do still pictures accompanied by generic music and call that a "virtual tour."  Those "virtual tours" are a cheap short cut that should have been left in the 1990's.  I treat my clients better than that.  I do actual video footage with a video camera and give the potential buyer an experience that would most closely resemble an in-person visit to your home, along with a description of your home's features all the while viewing it from the comfort of their home computers.
  • A video drive thru tour of your neighborhood is done and uploaded to Mulich Realty's site and YouTube.
  • I make the buyer’s experience one of a kind by way of easy accessibility to your home information and the whole closing process. Losing a buyer over lack of information is no fun, and you deserve the best. I can offer you that here.
  • Your home will have its own domain name – www.<EasyToRememberPhrase>.com so when buyers are driving by and view the yard sign, they can view your home when they are near their computer, or can use their smart phones without digging through multiple pages to view it.
  • Are you selling a home that is relatively new construction?  Homes that are on streets that were built within the past 4 years are usually not found on mapping systems such as Google Maps.  Ask your agent to explain geocoding.  Chances are he/she won't even know what it is.  I go to great lengths to geocode all new consutruction homes and streets so that potential buyers can see where your home is on the map.  Example here. Many buyers won't be interested in a home they can't even find on a map.  When you list with me you're covered.
  • Every seller gets "fine" treatment - regardless of the price of your home.  You even get a unique yard sign like no other brokerage in town.
  • Once an offer is received on your home you can login with your Mulich Realty account and:
  • Have your own private document area where we save all of your documents for your convenient online viewing. You can view your offers as PDF, the counteroffers, home inspection documents, termite letter, closing information from the closing attorney – all kept in a central secure location.
